RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of digital products and services, all sales are generally final once delivery has started or access has been granted.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• Duplicate payments.
• Technical issues preventing delivery of the purchased service.
• Failure to provide the purchased service within the agreed timeframe.
• Billing errors.

Requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed individually. If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Completed consulting services.
• Delivered digital products.
• Custom AI automation setups after work has begun.
• Services already provided or partially completed.
