Digital Delivery Policy
All FAKHERI Digital products are delivered electronically. There is no physical shipment.
How delivery works
- Complete your purchase through our secure Stripe checkout.
- As soon as your payment is confirmed, our system generates a unique, secure download link for your order.
- The link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, sent from orders@fakheridigital.com. It usually arrives within a minute or two.
Your download link
- The link is private and unique to your order. Please do not share it.
- For security, the link expires after a limited time and a limited number of downloads, so please download and save your files promptly.
- If your link expires or you cannot access your files, email support@fakheridigital.com and we will re-issue it.
Not received your email?
- Check your spam or promotions folder.
- Confirm the email address you entered at checkout was correct.
- Still nothing after a few minutes? Email support@fakheridigital.com with your order details and we will help right away.
