From there, a focused single-workflow project typically reaches a working prototype within 2–3 weeks. Larger builds with multiple workflows take longer and are milestoned accordingly.

No. You just need to understand your own business processes and goals. We handle all the technical design, build, and integration work. We'll also document what we build so your team can understand and manage it going forward.

All projects are fixed-price based on scope. We don't charge hourly rates or monthly subscriptions — you'll receive a clear proposal stating exactly what will be built, what it costs, and when it will be delivered, before any work begins. Starter projects begin from $1,500; larger multi-system builds are scoped individually.

After your discovery call, we document the scope in writing: the problem being solved, the systems involved, the deliverables, the timeline, and the fixed price. You approve the scope before we begin. This protects both parties and removes ambiguity.

No. The price in the proposal is the final price. If your requirements expand after scope sign-off, we discuss and agree on any changes before doing additional work. We don't issue surprise invoices.

Yes. For clients who want ongoing updates, optimisations, or support after launch, we offer monthly retainer arrangements. The scope and terms are agreed upfront. Every project also includes a post-launch support period — the length depends on project complexity.

We use best-in-class AI infrastructure depending on your needs — including OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, and others. We're model-agnostic and integration-agnostic: we use whatever combination delivers the best outcome for your specific problem, not whatever is trending.

No. Your business data is never used to train external AI models, shared with third parties, or retained beyond what is needed to build and deliver your project. We document all data flows clearly in the project scope so you always know where your data goes.

Yes. Everything we build for you is yours. We deliver full documentation so your team can manage and extend it. We intentionally avoid creating dependencies on proprietary tooling that would tie you to us — your goal is independence, not reliance.

We build on stable, widely-used platforms with strong track records. Where possible, we use modular architectures so individual components can be swapped without rebuilding everything. We also document every integration so you or any developer can maintain the system long-term.
